Aliki Vougiouklaki Theater of Vrilissia 38th Vrilissia Festival A special concert with free admission by the Athens Youth Symphony Orchestra on Saturday 27 September at the Aliki Vougiouklaki Theater. The first part of the concert will feature the work of Phoebus Papadopoulos “Speleon” [The Cave], dedicated to the memory of the pioneering Greek speleologist Ioannis Petrochilos (1900–1960) and the symphonic suite “Carnival” by Aram Khachaturian (1903-1975). In the 2nd part, soprano Lydía Zervanos will sing nostalgic songs by Kostas Giannidis and songs from Greek and Viennese operettas.
